Section 1Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the Booee Android application, related websites, account features, playback tools, and support channels that link to them, together called the "Service." "Booee," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Service.

By installing, opening, registering for, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Booee. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices.

Section 2Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement where you live. Users below the local age of majority may use Booee only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Booee is not directed to children under 13.

Section 3Your Account

• Provide accurate registration and recovery information and keep it current.
• Keep passwords, verification codes, devices, and active sessions secure.
• Do not sell, lease, transfer, or give account access to another person unless Booee expressly permits it.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Section 4The Service

Booee may provide entertainment discovery, streaming or playback, search, downloads, watch history, favorites, recommendations, member benefits, advertising, and related features. Catalogs and functions may vary by region, account, device, app version, licensing arrangements, and network conditions. No particular title, feature, or level of availability is guaranteed.

Section 5License to Use Booee

While you comply with these Terms, Booee grants you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on Android devices that you own or control, subject to Google Play rules. This license is for personal, non-commercial use and does not transfer ownership of the application, software, designs, trademarks, catalog information, or media made available through it.

Section 6Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use Booee for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or rights-infringing activity.
• Record, copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or commercially exploit media without authorization from the relevant rights holder.
• Bypass geographic controls, digital rights management, access restrictions, advertising, entitlement checks, or other protective measures.
• Reverse engineer, probe, overload, disrupt, or introduce malicious code into the Service.
• Use scraping software, crawlers, bots, or automated requests without our written approval.
• Impersonate another person, gain unauthorized access, or misuse another person's information.

Section 7Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its software, visual design, branding, metadata, and original materials are owned by Booee or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Entertainment content remains the property of its respective rights holders. Availability of content does not grant you any ownership or redistribution rights.

If you believe material available through Booee infringes your copyright or other rights, send a detailed notice to the contact address below. We may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a valid claim.

Section 8Advertising and Third-Party Services

Booee may display advertising and may use or link to third-party infrastructure, authentication, analytics, translation, payment, content, or websites. Third parties may apply separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control independent services and are not responsible for them beyond what applicable law requires.

Section 9Paid Products

If paid products or subscriptions are offered through Google Play, the purchase screen will display the price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, and any introductory offer before you approve payment. Google processes Google Play transactions under its own terms. Deleting Booee or closing your Booee account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions separately through Google Play.

Section 10Updates, Suspension, and Termination

We may maintain, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of Booee for product, licensing, security, legal, or technical reasons. We may suspend or close access associated with fraud, payment failure, serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal claims, or harm to users or the Service. You may stop using Booee at any time and may request account deletion.

Section 11Service Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booee is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every location. We do not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booee and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue, profit, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the Service. This section does not limit liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Section 13Google Play

Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Booee or its content, maintenance, support, warranties, or claims. Your use of Booee must comply with applicable Google Play terms and policies. To the extent of any conflict, mandatory Google Play terms and applicable law will control.

Section 14Governing Law and Disputes

The laws applicable to the operator of Booee govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.

Section 15Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when the Service, law, security requirements, or platform rules change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
