Delete Your Booee Account

Step 1Submit Your Request

Send an email to support@bexra.xyz from the email address connected to your Booee account. Use the subject "Booee Account Deletion" and include your registered email address or Booee user ID. Never include your password, verification code, Google password, or payment card information.

Step 2Verify Account Ownership

We may reply with verification steps to confirm that the request comes from the account holder. Verification information is used only to authenticate and process the request. If we cannot verify ownership, we will explain what additional information is needed.

Step 3What Will Be Deleted

After a valid request is verified, we will delete or permanently de-identify the account and personal information that is no longer required. Depending on the features you used, this may include:

• Account identifiers, registered email address, profile details, and authentication records.
• Preferences, favorites, likes, watch history, playback activity, and recommendation data associated with the account.
• Support information and other account-linked data that is not required for a continuing legal or security purpose.

Content stored only on your device, such as downloads or local cache files, may remain until you clear app data or remove the Booee app.

Step 4Limited Data We May Retain

Some limited records may be retained where permitted or required by law, including transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, legal-claim, and request-confirmation records. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and removed or anonymized when retention is no longer necessary. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until overwritten during normal backup cycles.

Separate ActionCancel Google Play Subscriptions

Deleting your Booee account does not automatically stop recurring Google Play charges. If you have an active subscription, open Google Play, select your profile, choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Booee, and cancel it separately.

CompletionTiming and Confirmation

We aim to acknowledge verified requests promptly and complete them within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires additional time. When processing is complete, we will send confirmation or explain any lawful delay or records that must be retained. Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible.
