This Privacy Policy explains how Booee ("Booee," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Booee Android application, related websites, and customer support channels together referred to as the "Service." By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

Section BInformation We May Collect

• Account information: information you provide when creating or managing an account, such as your email address, display name, and sign-in details.
• Device information: basic technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, region, IP address, and device or advertising identifiers.
• Usage information: information about how you use and interact with Booee, including content, features, and advertising.
• Support and transaction information: information you provide when contacting us and limited records relating to purchases or account benefits, where applicable.

Section CHow We Use Information

• Provide account access, content discovery, search, playback, downloads, history, favorites, recommendations, and other requested features.
• Authenticate users, remember preferences, maintain account status, and provide customer support.
• Deliver, limit, personalize, and measure advertising where advertising is available.
• Analyze performance, diagnose errors, maintain compatibility, and develop improvements.
• Prevent fraud, unauthorized access, automated abuse, payment abuse, and other security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations, respond to valid legal process, and protect users, rights holders, and the Service.

Section DLegal Bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our agreement with you, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, and obtain consent where required. You may withdraw consent through relevant device settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Section EAdvertising and Device Choices

Booee may work with advertising and measurement partners to provide and evaluate ads. Depending on your region and device settings, these partners may use advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and app interaction data. You can limit ad personalization, reset or delete your advertising ID, and manage permissions in your Android or Google account settings. Limiting personalization may not remove all advertising.

Section FWhen Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers that support hosting, content delivery, authentication, analytics, crash diagnostics, communications, security, translation, advertising, attribution, and purchase verification.
• Google and Google Play in connection with app distribution, sign-in, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, platform security, and analytics.
• Advertising partners that deliver, select, limit, and measure advertisements, subject to applicable consent and device controls.
• Public authorities and affected parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, safety, security, rights violations, or legal claims.
• Business transaction participants evaluating or completing a financing, merger, restructuring, asset sale, or similar event, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Some privacy laws may define certain advertising disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing" even when no money changes hands. Where such laws apply, you may use available device controls or contact us to exercise an opt-out right.

Section GData Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Account information is generally retained while an account remains open. Support, security, transaction, and compliance records may be kept longer when needed for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or law. Information is then deleted or de-identified, subject to routine backup cycles and mandatory retention obligations.

Section HSecurity

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should protect your password, verification codes, and device access.

Section IYour Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. You may also withdraw consent or appeal certain privacy decisions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may request account deletion through our Account Deletion page.

Section JChildren's Privacy

Booee is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age without legally valid parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this section, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Section KInternational Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and continue to protect information as described in this Policy.

Section LThird-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain third-party content, links, software, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This Policy does not control independent third-party services. Review their terms and privacy notices before providing information to them.

Section MChanges to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the Service, law, or platform requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means the updated Policy applies to your use where permitted by law.
